CREATING A FIELD

Hi,

Please see the two tables where I need to rename the cases with  no institution as  Non_finance & ot

her as Finance. Also once it is done, I need  create a expression to represent the holding ratio by Finance & Non Finance from the total value of cp.

Please help me
