Natural Language Queries Never Works

While taking the Qlik Learning Course "Direct Insight Generation with Natural Language Queries" I realized that whenever I type a question it will come back saying "Unable to Generate Insights" "Please try again later" 

Well I tried later and it didn't work. See the attached picture that shows you that the Sales Field is represented. Plus this is a training video so I would think that the International "Apparel Analysis_02" they provided should have all the data needed to proceed.

Hello @afinzel  which Qlik Sense version are you using?

Could you check if you find the same errors as mentioned in the link below in your Profiling Service logs.
