I am trying to implement fields and groups 

When i set hidden value against fields data value lookup 'No' and then when i search in insight and typing these field name then data is displayed where as data should not be displayed because i set hidden in visibility column 

where as here visibility hidden means fields should not be search in insight when set hidden value..

is this correct ?

Just make sure you refresh the Insights page after selecting to hide a field or data value lookup. Until it is refreshed you will continue to see it appears in the Insights dropdown.
