7.1 TAC Bugs in Patch_20201218_TPS-4556_v2

We've installed

Patch_20201218_TPS-4556_v2 to our 7.1 TAC server and find that the last deployment date is no longer being updated.

We also found that job logs no longer contain the context settings.

The MAC Studio update did not contain all the required jar files.

Has anyone else deployed these patches and are you experiencing any other issues?
