Error while launching TOS DI V8.0.1 setup on Windows 10 - JDK 1.8_341

Hi,

I'm having some trouble to launch TOS DI on Windows 10.

Here is my config:

java -version:

java version "1.8.0_341"

Java(TM) SE Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_341-b10)

Java HotSpot(TM) 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.341-b10, mixed mode)

Environment Variables:

Path:

0695b00000WtrTJAAZ.png

Talend Product:

0695b00000WtrV5AAJ.png

Error Message (when I launch the setup wizard)

Any help would be much appreciated.

Hello Asch,

Talend studio 8 require JDK 11, could you please try JDK 11 ?

I installed Zulu 11 (JDK 11) as you can see on the following screenshot:

I see here that I'm using the recommanded JDK solution and it doesn't seem to work...

Hello Asch,

 

Can you try to start the studio like below

 

0695b00000WxAaFAAV.pngPlease check if you have correctly set the JAVA_HOME and the path.
