PRODUCTION ENVIRONMENT

Hello all,,

Please tell me best practice how to set up production environment so that developer have access only to DEV project and code promotion should take place from DEV to production.

HOW code will be promoted to production environment. What should i use for that.

i have Talend 7.1 enterprise edition and svn,TAC and nexus setup in my enviorment.
