I installed the JAVA ZULU V11 environment and Talend open studio for data integration 8.0.1.
I created a job but the components do not appear in the palette "palette is not available".
I've seen several posts about this but couldn't find a solution.

I made a testing on Window 10 and Talend open studio 8. This issue doesn't repro from my side.
Could you please restart your studio to see if it works? Please make sure that you make and open the job to see the palettes.

Yes, I restarted talend and the PC but it didn't change anything.
I am also on Windows 10.
The job is created and opened (at least I think, see the screenshot)?

From your screenshot, we can see there is an opened job without any component.
As we cannot repro this issue on window 10 and Studio 8, maybe there is some incomplete installation issue from your side.
Would you mind re-installing your studio 8 to see if it works?

I reinstalled on another PC I have the same problem.
For JAVA, is it the JRE that you have to put?

Ensure proper version of JDK is installed. For v8 of Talend products JDK V 11 is required instead of JRE.

I tried again with JDK v11: https://www.azul.com/downloads/?version=java-11-lts&os=windows&architecture=x86-64-bit&package=jdk
But the result is the same...
