TOS for BIG DATA too long to open

Hii all,
my TOS 7.2.1 for Big Data is taking to much time to open on windows 10 (more than 30 mn).
Any one have a clue of why this is happening ?

Based on your RAM size it will try to open slowly. What is your RAM size? If you have options to increase, please increase RAM Size, if your already using high RAM,please increase the JVM for that setup in the configuration file.
