Talend Open Studio for Data Integration 6.4.1 compatible w/ Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit?

Hi,

I'd like to install and run Talend Open Studio 6.4.1 on a Windows Server 2008 R2 64 bit. Does anyone of you know wether this OS is compatible with this latest Talend version? The Talend help is a little unclear and states that for Talend Studio only Windows Server 2012 is supported; for the server modules however also Windows Server 2008 is supported.

Thanks for the link! So, if Windows Server 2008 R2 is not listed then it isn't supported officially and Talend won't run properly?

Hi,

In the documentation we provide a list of compatible platforms that are supported, in the sense that we do provide an SLA and technical support for them. This doesn't mean other (non-listed) platforms will not work but simply we won't necessarily be equipped to help you with any issue you may face with them.
