AnyGantt extension v4.0.82 in trial version doesn't work in IE11

Hi,
I downloaded the last AnyGantt extension v4.0.82 in trial version and I uploaded it in QMC to visualize the app in Qlik Sense Server v April 2019. It appears blank.
It seems that the tag "defs" don't render the element inside.
With Chrome 77 it works.
