Assign security rule to an app dynamically

We have a thousand apps inputted and published in the QMC and each app may have different security rule need to be applied to grant access for users to see/hide in the stream. instead of manually assign the security rule in the QMC at the app level, is there a way to do dynamically (add/delete) through the script?
