Azure Open AI Connector Error : Resource not found

Hello Everyone,
I am stuck trying to add an Azure Open AI extension to a Qlik Cloud App. To start, here is the error message I get:

"The following error occurred:Connector reply error: grpc::StatusCode::FAILED_PRECONDITION: 'Error returned by endpoint: NotFound Resource not found'"

Here is the doc I am following: Example 3: 'OpenAI Chat Completions API (GPT-3.5, GPT-4) - Rows' configuration | Qlik Cloud Help

Here are the elements that the connector asks for:

Azure OpenAI API Key
Azure Resource Name
Azure Deployment Name
Azure API Version
{there are a few others that you don't need to update}
** Association Field (not officially required, but I think you need it for Generative AI stuff)

Some questions I have:
The doc seems to be a little outdated. The new way to do 'Deployments' in Azure is through the 'Azure OpenAI Playground'. The docs seem to be referencing standing up an 'Azure OpenAI Service' (Object, whatever you call it from the marketplace.).

Are there more specific instructions as to what was required to be set up in Azure?
Are there more Updated Docs?
Do any of the completion models work (4-o Completions works?)

And any help around that error would be very much appreciated. Thank you!
