Bar chart

Hi I need a bar chart  like above where the current year can be distributed into months. 

Is there a way to do it in Qlik or with extension?

Not straight forward but It should be possible in theory, Using value list.

Value list should have CY16, CY17, Jan, Feb....Dec

Is should be possible to do so dynamically as well
