Can't get SAML to work

I used this documentation:

Following settings in Azure

Identifier
https://server01.contoso.com.qlikpoc.com

Reply URL

https://server01.contoso.com.qlikpoc.com:443/contosoazure/samlauthn/

Sign on URL
https://server01.contoso.com:443/contosoazure/hub

SHA1 Certificate -> Download Federation Metadata XML -> Removed Roledescriptor Tags and the stuff inbetween

Following settings in QMC

Prefix

contosoazure

SAML Host URI

https://server01.contoso.com.qlikpoc.com

SAML entity ID

https://server01.contoso.com.qlikpoc.com

Uploaded edited SHA-1 Certificate

Host allow list

server01.contoso.com.qlikpoc.com

I get error 500 when trying to test SAML. Would really appreciate any help

We do have a certificate installed on the server. Please let me know if perhaps this is the issue. And what I need to do.

The logs are also empty.
