Can you start an extension from a built-in Qlik Sense component?

I want to create a line chart, and the built-in line chart component has almost all the functionality I need, but I need to be able to position and restyle some elements of it.  Is there a way to start an extension using of one of the existing components as the base?

Hi,

Qlik sense dose not allow to edit its default available Charts, may be you can download some extensions from branch.qlik.com and work on top of it.
