Cannot import extensions into QMC - errors out

I have migrated most of my apps from the qlik sense desktop to the now set up QMC server. I brought in the extensions that I am using in these apps and all of them but one is working fine. I am trying to bring in the qsVariable extension into the QMC but having a very hard time. My understanding is that this extension is a popular one in qlik and qlik has even supported some of it. But when I import the zip file, it states that the zip file does not contain and extensions. I re-checked the git hub repo to see if there is a special password I believe it does not. Anyone have this issue?

I'm not sure how to get them if you missed them the first time. Probably available if you rerun the install file again.

If not, then @Michael_Tarallo wrote a post on how to "steal" the bundle: https://community.qlik.com/t5/Qlik-Design-Blog/quot-Stealing-quot-the-Visualization-Bundle-to-be-use...

Which version of Qlik Sense are you using? It could be that your zip contains filetypes that are not allowed. Are you installing the source code download or the latest release zip found at https://github.com/erikwett/qsVariable/releases

For your knowledge. As of November 2018 is the qsVariable extension available  in the Dashboard bundle. The Dashboard bundle is an optional install feature when installing the Qlik Sense server and Qlik Sens Desktop. https://help.qlik.com/en-US/sense/April2019/Subsystems/Hub/Content/Sense_Hub/Visualizations/Dashboar...

I am using qlik sense v 13.9.1 Feb 2019 release. In the desktop it is part of the dashboard bundle (fully aware). But when I migrate my reports into the QMC and check it out in the hub, that specific extension is not working. Its when I try to import in the QMC that I get the error of saying there is nothing t zip.

I just checked in the hub and it doesn't seem that the dashboard bundles were included. What is the best way to to get the dashboard bundles? Do I need to re-install and select the option of the bundle or is there a way to manually add the bundle without re-downloading? Thanks.

I was told the back end engineers installed and had selected to install the dashboard bundle, but upon opening the server and migrating our apps from local to the server the dashboard bundle was unavailable. Our fix was following this qlik support resolution.
