Catastrophic error while working on Nprinting PPT report

Hi Team,

 

I am encountering an error when trying to generate the PPT report in the Nprinting Qlik Sense instance. If I add more than four PPT slides, I receive a catastrophic failure error. It works perfectly fine for less than 4 slides.

Could you please help me on this error.
