Clarification on PowerShell Requirement for Qlik Task Execution via Stonebranch

We are using automation tool Stonebranch for Qlik task execution

We would like to understand whether enabling PowerShell is mandatory for triggering and managing Qlik tasks from Stonebranch.

Is PowerShell required to execute Qlik tasks via external schedulers like Stonebranch?
