Configuration settings for a REST connection from Qlik to ServiceNow

Hi,

Could someone please assist me with setting up a REST connection from Qlik to ServiceNow? I am trying to connect to ServiceNow to primarily access saved reports from various tables like the incident table. I do have ServiceNow service account credentials.

I did the configurations listed on the QCS help page, but I still wasn't able to get any reports to load into Qlik. When I try 'Select Data to Load' from the data connection, I get an error: 

"Cannot parse data in the selected response type. Check the "Response Type" parameter value. Xml parsing error: An error occurred while parsing EntityName. Line 146, position 28."

The response type was XML when I got the error above.

When I change the response type to CSV and check the options on the left, fields appear, but none of them are in the report I'm trying to load.

Is there a specific URL format or anything else I need to enter to get the data to load?
