We want to know if it is possible to connect QlikSense Desktop version with API.AI .

I guess it depends on what API you are referring to. It is certainly possible to connect with the engine API. You can find an example on how to do it through C# at this location: https://github.com/AptkQlik/PublicExamples/tree/master/ConnectDesktop

I already have a chat bot in API.AI. already done with machine learning, i just want to connect QlikSense desktop with that API.AI‌ and utilize the same for my dashboard.

I'm not familiar with API.AI, so I can't really help you with that part. Are you using C#? In that case I would recommend starting with that link I posted earlier in this thread.
