Connect to JIRA from QlikSense

Hi Guys,

I have a requirement to fetch data from JIRA to QlikSense Desktop. I believe QVSource 'Qlik General Web Connector' is to be used.

Does anyone know how to avail the license for this connector and how much it costs?

Afaik JIRA has a Rest API. That would mean you can use Qlik's Rest Connector which is free and standard included in Qlik Sense Desktop.

I am trying to do the same thing but once I use the rest connnector, I have no idea how to determine the IDs for the custom fields.

It would also be nice to hear how you're planning to authenticate JIRA users with the Qlik server
