Customizable Combo Chart solution/extension?

Looking for a solution for a more customizable combo chart extension;

As I see it, the customization options for the default chart have been increasing but are still very limited (on September 2017 version you can't even add data labels, for example).

Sadly, the amCharts extension used has some compatibility issues (doesn't work on IE, can't snapshot, doesn't appear on export sheet).

Some of the gripes I have with the default chart can be seen below:

• Measure level custom colors (in amCharts, only the line is color coded to be green/red, whereas in the default chart you have no choice, all measures get colored)
• Data label display/size/positioning
