Data Load - Qlik Sense API

I want a scenario like, while we are loading data in to our Application, In the data if  Balance sheet is Balanced then only data should loaded in to our application or else the data should not be loaded. Is it possible using API's in Qlik Sense.

Please can any one provide solution for this.
