Does license access usage start time represent log in time? All values are 1753-01-01
Hi, can I please have clarification on the `useStartTime` field returned by the /licenseaccessusage/full endpoint. Does this represent the login time of a Qlik user's session?
Additionally, in our environment, all of the values returned in this field are 1753-01-01 00:00:00.000000 - what could cause this?
