Download link not working in Qlik Sense Desktop

Hi,

I have an issue with Sense Desktop: have a download link in an extension <a href=".." / > with data-url which works fine in browser (same app qvf) but Desktop doesn’t open download dialog (click fires event but cannot see any uncommon in event object).

Any idea?

Does it work if you use another browser to open the app? Once Qlik Sense Desktop is running you can use any browser to access the hub at http://localhost:4848/hub

Yes, as I wrote it works in any browser (via hub)  but not in Desktop...

Ok, I guess I misunderstood you. I reckon that Qlik Sense Desktop runs the underlying browser engine in the Qlik Sense Desktop client in some kind of restricted mode so that some things simply don't work that do work if you open the same hub in a 'real' browser.

Yea, but the click event itself works, it's just "someone" in the way to open the dialog..
