Egress for limited loads

Hi!

Looking for clarification to better understand egress charges in relation to limited loads.

I am using Qlik Cloud to fetch our data stored in Azure blob repository, using this connector:

Assume that the file is 10GB, and I'm doing a load like:

Load *
From Blob://File.csv
Where ID = 1

Will the actual data transferred be limited to the size of the records returned by my load, or the full size of the file?

I would expect the whole CSV will move.  Another motivation to modernise the data pipeline!
