Email Alert to owner of App on failure of reload task

Hello,

Actually i searched a lot for Email Alert to owner of App on failure of reload task, I did get email alert to particular email id's which we will mentioned but i am admin and i want to send email alerts to app owners on reload task failure of there app. we have more than 500 apps . Is It possible any way.

Please help me urgently.
