Engine Session

Hi!

We are trying to connect to Qlik Sense using the JSON RPC API; the engine session (not proxy session) can be specified through the X-Qlik-Session header when connecting through the websocket to connect to Qlik SaaS. How can engine sessions be specified for Qlik Sense Desktop / Qlik Sense Enterprise instances? The X-Qlik-Session header seems to be ignored.

Thanks and BR,
Bernd

Hi @Bernd_Podhradsky

As far as I am aware, X-Qlik-Session header is only for proxy sessions.

What is it exactly that you are trying to accomplish ?

Also, are you connecting to the JSON RPC API on port 4747 (directly) or on port 443 (through Qlik Proxy service)

If the issue is solved please mark the answer with Accept as Solution.
