We use Qlik Sense to display objects on our externally facing customer portal. We are in the process of upgrading from September 2017 to November 2019. I have successfully upgraded our development environment but I am facing a small issue with our customer website. For some reason when the Qlik Sense objects render I never see the loading image that looks like a spinning circle. The objects do eventfully display but during the time that I am waiting on them I see a white screen instead of the loading image.
I can see where the images are stored and nothing seems to have changed from the previous version. Anyone have any suggestions on what to try?
