Extension SVG Reader cannot work after QS upgraded to Nov 2018 Version

Hi, Expert,

One of our client report to us that after they upgraded their QS server to Nov 2018 version, their SVG Reader extension cannot work as usual. Anyone know what's the problem and is there any solution to fix this issue?

Hi!

What version did they upgrade from? Do they get any errors in the browser console?
