Extension in Qlik Sense Cloud Business

Is it possible to add extensions to Qlik Sense Cloud Business? I cannot access the Dev-Hub.

Any help?

Update: It is now (since the Feb 2020 update) possible to add extensions to Qlik Sense Cloud editions.
