Extensions: IE11 CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch

Hi,

I am using a basic angular visualization template to create an extension. I am using inline styling in the css, and it is working fine in google chrome, but not working in IE. I keep getting "CSS was ignored due to mime type mismatch" in the console. I'd really appreciate it if you could help me with this issue.
