Hi all,
I encounter the following issue with extensions : when I import an extension, it stays and works well, but after the virtual machine is restarted, it is gone.
A few precisions :
-I work on Qlik Sense Enterprise, May 2025.
-The extension is qlik-heatmap-chart, with the "Supported Extension" tag.
The strange thing is : we have 3 environments (Dev, Test and Prod), with the same Qlik Sense Enterprise version, but the issue only occurs in production.
I tried various things :
-Export extensions from the Dev and Test environments and the import them in production.
-Import the extension directly from the StaticContent folder.
But nothing has worked so far.
Is there anything else I could try ?

What exactly happens when you say 'It is gone'.
I would suggest to check windows logs for antivirus blocking, folder permissions etc.

Thanks for the replies, it seems I do experience the issue described in "Qlik bundled extensions removed after restarting Qlik Sense Enterprise for Windows ", I'm going to check wich ones I can keep using.
