Failed to import extension

I am trying to add an extension, but i am getting the following error:

Failed to import extensions, please check the log file.

I tried the add the following extension: https://github.com/rvspt/GoogleMapsAPIv3Toolkit-QS

I also added another extension and that did work.

Does anyone know how to solve this?

Have you already got an extension with the same name?

Hi Erik, this is not the file i tried to import, so i tried your link, but i still got the same error. Also i don't have an extension with the same name.

Then I'm afraid I don't know. The two most common problems when importing an extension are:

- there is already an extension with that name

- the zip file is wrong, like importing a complete github repository

Perhaps you should reach out to the extension developer??

I am new to Qlik Sense Desktop. I just wanted to confirm how can we use this extension and add it in Qlik Sense desktop ? There is no such guide available in the folder. Thanks

Create a directory under My documents/qlik/extensions and add the extension files into it.
