GeoAnalytics connector blocked on "Please wait - analysis in progress"

Hi, 

I am trying to calculate the fastest route from A to B, but I am still blocked on this window: "Please wait - analysis in progress."

First, I created a table called CITY:

CITY:
LOAD * INLINE [
    ID, City, Latitude, Longitude, Population, Income, Country
    1, Paris, 48.8566, 2.3522, 2148000, 8500, FR
    2, Berlin, 51.165707, 10.452764, 3140000, 4000, DE
];

After that, I am trying to use the GeoAnalytics connector to calculate the fastest routes.

Here’s how I set it up:

Then I clicked on "Next," and the window "Please wait - analysis in progress" appeared, and I am still blocked on it.

Having the same issue since upgrading to the latest version of Qlik

Hi,

After seeing your response, I made a test.

I have two servers: Server A, running Qlik November 2024 Patch 5, and Server B, running Qlik August 2023 Patch 3.

GeoAnalytics is not functioning on Server A (as you can see previously).

I tested it on Server B and can confirm that it works. it's generated a code. 

So we can conclude that the latest version of Qlik Sense is causing the issue of GeoAnalytics.

I was on QS November 2024 patch 5. I applied QS November 2024 patch 6, and it's working now.

Updating to the latest patch fixed the issue! Thanks. Looks like another patch just released today too.
