How can I get a user last activity timestamp using the QRS API?

Because Login Access Passes operate very differently than User Access Passes (token model) or Professional / Analyzer (P/A model). You do not assign a Login Access Pass to a user. You assign a pool based on a license access rule which is allocated when users use applications. I am not sure I am following what you are trying to accomplish. Overall, I would recommend starting a new thread and not responding to a 6 year old thread.
