Help sending with user authentication and section access when embedding Qlik

I am new to Qlik and I am currently working on developing a simple proof of concept for embedding Qlik Sense in one of our products.
Things are going smoothly so far, but row level security (RLS), known as section access in Qlik, is where I need some help with.
The current issue we have with Qlik embedding is as follows:
We managed to do a preliminary embedding using one specific account. However, there is a max number of sessions allowed (5), which renders the ability of using one account for viewing one report, let alone more than one, impractical.
That is fine since we always want users logged into our portal to be authenticated against Qlik, so users can see only the data related to them (what Qlik calls Section Access).
However we couldn't find any sort of documentation about Section Access that is related to embedding Qlik Sense. Currently we would need the username+password of any user that has to be authenticated to be handled in an unsecured manner, which seems impractical.
It is not clear how to properly avoid authentication request when embedding and how to apply Section Access.
