How do I publish an app from Qlik CLI?

Hi, 

Apologies if I'm just missing something in the documentation, but I can't work out how to do what I want.

I want to take a copy of a specific template document, then get the app id of this copy, and then publish that copy to a particular stream. Alternatively, if it's possible to publish the specific template document without also moving it, that would work, reducing a step. 

I think really I just need an example of a 'publish x document to y stream'
