How do i use mashup in another folder?

Hi All

today the default folder for extension is
D:\ProgramData\Qlik\Sense\StaticContent\Extensions\TEST

how would you develop mashup in another folder for example

D:\Program Files\Qlik\Sense\Client\resources\TEST

the access address would look like this

https://hostname/resources/TEST/TEST.html

I saw that in the testimonials this improves the speed but could not do with the development outside the default folder

Why different path will improve speed ? it is same server...

and also once the html page loads, what really takes time is the qlik processing, which will be the same

I can not say why, but I saw in some posts that worked, the file is light, has only 10 data lines and 3 graphs, the problem is the beginning, it takes more than 20 seconds to load, after loading is very fast
