How to get more detail on error code 5 ?

Is it possibl to get more detail on error code 5 ?

The token is created but the access to the dashboard is not allowed.

The access is working with an other user.

Maybe some datas are missing for the failed user but with the error code 5 it's not usefull.

Is it possible to get more detail on the error ?

Hi @gnollet 

This looks like from the application itself. Do you have section access in the application. I suspect this user doesn't have access in the section access table (Located in the Script of the application)
