How to include extensions in Qlik Mashups

Hi experts, 

I am trying to display an extension (which shows charts in its customized tabs) on my mashup page. However, it gave an error message that the object was not found, other charts however is shown accurately. 

What did I miss? Do I need to include a link reference to my extension in my Saas cloud? And if so how?

These are the steps I took:

1. I used the Qlik Sense tabs extension found on github. ( https://github.com/wuzhong-zhu/Qlik-Sense-Tabs ) 

2. I have downloaded and uploaded the extension zip file on the Qlik Sense Saas cloud and am able to use the extensions properly in the app. 

3. However when I copied the object ID to be used on Qlik mashup, it states that the visualization is unavailable. 

How do I ensure that the extension is included in my mashup?
