What is the correct way to upgrade existing extension? I tried just replacing the files under Qlik\Sense\Repository\Extensions\<Name of Extension>\, but it doesn't reflect the changes unless I remove/re-add the extension control in my app. I am using the extension in many apps, so I hope there is a way to easily "refresh" the extension of all apps.
