How to use QlikSenseTask

i am a new hand.

I use QlikSense Desktop Version.

I get the data from ODBC . And the data is always update.

I want my screen data is always new .

Someone tells me can use QlikSenseTask to do it .

Does anybody can tell me how to use it ?

what is proxy?? How to type it ??

task is my application name ,right ??
