IDP Unavailable in QCS (SAAS) after accidentally deleting IDP, how to recover access?

Hello everyone,

My IDP was deleted at source and was set up in Saas. With this, we are left without access to Qlik Cloud.

How can I remove the IDP from qmc without being able to authenticate?

 

Please help me!

Hi IgorMendes,

 

The Service account owner will be able to recover the tenant and login via Qlik account. Please refer the below document for complete steps to recover the tenant:
