Internal Server Error - Sense x Qualtrics

Hi there!

I've a connection between Sense and a Qualtrics Survey, it worked well until the end of November. When December starts, it sudenly stopped working. I haven't changed anything in Survey or Script.

Does anyone know what can I do to fix it?
