Hello,
We have a multi-node architecture with 1 central node and 2 rim nodes which serves the apps.
When we access to hub by the vurtual proxy with the two RIM Nodes associated and open the app, we see the extensions fine:
but when we open the development console in chrome or in Edge and reload the page the extensions don't visualize and appears the message "Invalid visualization. The visualization was not found on the server. This extension is not available":
This problem affect all the extensions of the app.
Thanks!
Hello @eric_careta ,
1. Confirm that things are appropriately whitelisted.
2. Confirm there aren't any custom security rules.
3. Also review the below link:
Installing and removing Qlik Sense Extension bundl... - Qlik Community - 1715472
4. We need more details on the issue .
Thanks
Hi @Ray_Strother ,
Thankls for answer.
1.We have all the necessary URLs in whitelist.
2. We don't have any custom security rule related for the extensions. We only have the "default rules":
4. The only thing I notice is that when the display of extensions fails is when the module from https://url/virtualproxy/api/v1/features fails to load and returns a 500 internal server error.
This and that as I said, if I don't open the development console when loading the page, they are displayed correctly, even if I load it in the incognito tab (without cache), but when I load the page with the console opened is when the error occurs.
