Is Qlik supressing ToolTips on Vis.js timeline?

I found a few people mentioning to use !important on the  css selector for the node-graph, but can't find anything relating to the timeline.

Anyone know why they wouldn't show?  I do get errors in the console on Chrome about passive event listeners..

[Violation] Added non-passive event listener to a scroll-blocking 'wheel' event. Consider marking event handler as 'passive' to make the page more responsive. 

In the below I'm hovering a bar, but no tooltip is showing. 😞
