Hi Support Team,
I Updated my Qlik Sense to February 2021 Patch 4. But still Insight Advisor chat window is not opening when I click the Custom button. I followed the same instruction given in the Qlik help for Integrating Insight Advisor Chat into a mashup. I also enabled Insights Capabilities in the selected app. Am I missing any other option to be enabled/disabled?. Please do the needful.

You need to have the tag INSIGHTBOT or INSIGHT_ADVISOR_CHAT in your license for this feature to work.
Please check in the management console if the tags are there in the "Site license" section.
