Issue in Integrating the Insight Advisor into a mashup

Hi Support Team,

I Updated my Qlik Sense to February 2021 Patch 4. But still Insight Advisor chat window is not opening when I click the Custom button. I followed the same instruction given in the Qlik help for Integrating Insight Advisor Chat into a mashup. I also enabled Insights Capabilities in the selected app. Am I missing any other option to be enabled/disabled?. Please do the needful.

You need to have the tag INSIGHTBOT or INSIGHT_ADVISOR_CHAT in your license for this feature to work.

Please check in the management console if the tags are there in the "Site license" section.

If the issue is solved please mark the answer with Accept as Solution.

Please check in the management console if the tags are there in the "Site license" section.

did you able to enable the Insight advisor in mashup, i have a similar requirement.

Hi @Qlik1_User1,

Yes, I can be able to enable insights advisor in mashup. For that you need the tags INSIGHTBOT or INSIGHT_ADVISOR_CHAT in your license as said in the solution.

You can check that in QMC > License management > Site license properties
