Issue with embedding iFrame - Qlik Saas

We're having trouble embedding a folder in our portal. 

When IFRAME is generated, chart expansion and data download features become inactive. 

Please, how to solve this? We need users to be able to perform these native reporting functions.

ist the user that accesses the iFrame the same user that is able to export data in the regular application?

This is currently not possible when embedding in an iFrame with the Single Integration URI.
