I have query regarding QlikSense and Service Desk integration.
We have designed Report/Dashboard in Qlik Sense, used it to create Excel Report in Qlik Nprinting and sent the Report in email to generate Ticket in Service Desk. Please let me know whether it is possible to get Service Desk Ticket from Qlik Sense and fill the missing values in the Ticket and post the Ticket to Service desk.
